Out of Exile
When things are hard, it is easy to miss the sound of God's voice as he leads us out of exile. At times like that, we need a little more to get our attention and bring our focus back to the one true God. This week, we'll learn how God offers us proof of his goodness in the promise of his provision through signs that lead the way forward.
In Exodus, we learn hope. We learn leadership. We learn patience, endurance, and character. We learn how to get along together as a community and how to stay focused on a God-inspired goal in a world full of distractions. And most importantly, we learn how to trust God as we become people after His own heart. This week's message takes us into the call of Moses and teaches us that for all our insecurities and inefficiencies, God is enough.
We are living in a time where normal life can seem threatened. We are constantly trying to steer clear of a pandemic as we're constantly bombarded by news of political and social unrest. As we begin our series through the Book of Exodus, we will see how two people risked their lives to be a part of God's saving plan.
